Rachel Wolf, R. N.

Rachel started Irish dancing at age 7 and has been in love with the style and energy of Irish Dance ever since. She has danced on a competitive level, but the roots of her love affair with Irish dance stem back to the stage and performance-style Irish dancing. Now a registered nurse and owner of several Let Mommy Sleep franchises, Rachel also holds a degree in psychology. Rachel has an extensive background in theater, directing, teaching, and business management, and has directed many plays, productions, and camps. Rachel has also taught Irish dance on a professional and private level for many years.

Why join Phoenix Irish Dance Academy?

PIDA dancers learn teamwork and commitment in class, and while preparing for competitions and shows with their peers. Irish dance can also boost memory, discipline, confidence, self esteem, and leadership and social skills.

PIDA dancers enrolled in Stage Class learn fun and

 innovative choreographies

throughout the year. We would love to perform at your wedding, party, or next event! Follow us on social media to see where we will be performing next!

Advanced Irish dancers train as extensively as professional athletes to enhance their abilities, but athletes often turn to Irish dance as cross training to enhance their football and soccer skills - to name just two of the sports that can benefit.

PIDA combines fitness, dance, and stage expertise to maximize your dancer's potential onstage, and minimize their injuries offstage. We will help your dancer reach their goals, while providing a fun environment for dancers of every level.
